Below you will find a list of forms that are necessary to complete that will give us the information needed in listing your home. Down load the forms that apply to you, complete and returned back to us by email. For your convenience they will be sent to you in a reply email when you submit a listing Info request form.
When you are ready to list your home, we have a listing info request form at the lower portion of this page that will ask for some information so we can creat a listing agreement. When we have received the information, we can prepare and return a listing agreement to you. We will contact you to discuss your listing option chosen and steps to move forward.
Once we receive the listing information form, photos, the listing agreement is signed and returned to us with payment if required, we can enter your home in the MLS and arrange to have a sign and electronic lock box delivered to your home.
After the listing is entered into MLS, you may have to change the information or price as stated in the listing. We have a change request form that you will complete to let us know what needs to be done. We will prepare an amendment to the listing for you to sign and return to us. At that time we can make the changes in MLS.

Lead Based Paint Addendum, only applies for homes built before 1978
Residential Data Input Form, used to enter your homes data in MLS.

So that we may finish processing and complete your listing in MLS, return all forms, payments, and pictures to us. Once all information is received, allow 1-2 days for listing to be entered into MLS.
